Althan & Bhimrad
Our home ground. A fast-growing residential and commercial corridor along Bhimrad-Althan Road, mixing neighbourhood retail, clinics, builders and small offices. Most walk-in clients come from here.
Athwa & City Light
Established professional Surat. City Light and Athwa Lines hold advocates, chartered accountants, doctors, established showrooms and long-standing family businesses that favour understated, high-quality print.
Ring Road & Salabatpura
The commercial heart of Surat’s textile trade. Thousands of trading offices inside the textile markets along Ring Road and Salabatpura, moving fabric daily and generating constant demand for invoicing and sampling stationery.
Katargam
A dense diamond-processing district. Katargam holds a very large number of diamond cutting and polishing units, alongside supporting trade offices and the residential population that works in them.
Varachha
A large, dense district built around the diamond industry, with heavy neighbourhood retail along Varachha Main Road and Hirabaug, and a very high volume of family functions and community events.
Udhna
An industrial and wholesale belt around Udhna Magdalla Road and the Udhna industrial estate, with manufacturing units, wholesale traders, transport operators and the associated dispatch paperwork.

Sachin GIDC
A major planned industrial estate south of Surat, holding textile processing houses, chemical and dyeing units, engineering firms and packaging manufacturers — a concentrated B2B print market.
Pandesara GIDC
One of Surat’s oldest and densest industrial estates, dominated by textile dyeing and printing mills — the process houses that finish much of the fabric the city trades — alongside chemical, packaging and engineering units.
Hazira Industrial Area
Surat’s heavy-industry and port belt on the Tapti estuary — petrochemicals, steel, LNG, fertilisers and heavy engineering, with a large contractor and vendor ecosystem serving them. Procurement here is formal, and brand guidelines are usually enforced.
Kadodara GIDC
A powerloom and weaving belt sitting at the NH-48 junction, which also makes it one of the busiest transport and logistics nodes in the district — goods for half of south Surat change hands here.
Palsana GIDC
The southern end of the Udhana-Palsana industrial corridor, running along NH-48 and packed with large textile processing and dyeing houses plus the embroidery and chemical suppliers that feed them.
Bhestan GIDC
A compact estate wedged between Udhna and Sachin, holding small and medium engineering, fabrication and plastics units — many of them ancillary suppliers machining parts for the larger estates around them.
