Specifications, paper weights, sizes, finishes and turnaround times given here describe our normal practice and are provided in good faith. They are indicative rather than contractual — the specific terms of any job are whatever we agree with you in writing or on the phone when we quote it.

Quotes and pricing

This site publishes no fixed prices, because print pricing depends on quantity, size, paper and finishing. Any quote we give is based on the specification you describe. If the specification changes, the quote changes.

Artwork you supply

If you send us artwork to print, you confirm you have the right to use it, including any images, fonts and trademarks it contains. We preflight incoming files and will flag technical problems, but we cannot verify ownership of the content.

Proofs

We provide a proof before printing. Approving a proof means approving the content — spelling, phone numbers, GSTIN, dates and prices included. Please check these carefully, because a reprint caused by an error approved at proof stage is chargeable.

Work we design for you

On completion and payment, ownership of the final approved design passes to you, along with the editable source files. We may show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Colour

Printed colour cannot exactly match a screen, and small variation between print runs is normal in commercial printing. Where exact colour matters, ask for a hard proof before the full run.
